Labour Day Weekend Hours in the County of Brant

County of Brant services may be affected by Labour Day Holiday hours.

Please note the following changes to services on the Labour Day Long Weekend: 

County of Brant Customer Service Offices:

• County of Brant Customer Service Offices will be closed on Monday, September 2 and will re-open on Tuesday, September 3 at 8:30 am. 
• Online chat will be unavailable at this time. 
• A number of services are available online. Visit the Online Services webpage for a complete list. 
• For urgent matters, call 519.44BRANT (519.442.7268) or 1.855.44BRANT and stay on the line to be transferred.

County of Brant Community Centres and Arenas:

• All County of Brant Community Centres and Arenas will be closed from Saturday, August 31 to Monday, September 2 and will re-open on Tuesday, September 3.
• Sports fields are open.
• The Paris Community Pool will be closed for the season on Saturday, August 31. 
• The Paris and St. George Splash Pads are open Saturday, August 31 and Sunday, September 1, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Monday, September 2, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please note, Monday, September 2 will be the final open day of the St. George Splash Pad.

County of Brant Public Libraries:

All County of Brant Library branches will be closed on: 

• Sunday, September 1 and Monday, September 2.

• Regular hours resume Tuesday, September 3.

Garbage and Recycling:

• Regular curbside collection will occur on Monday, September 2. 
• Please place your waste at the curb by 7:00 am.

Landfills:

• The Biggars Lane Landfill will be open for regular hours on Saturday, August 31, and closed on Monday, September 2.

• Brant Transit will not operate on Monday, September 2. Regular service hours will resume on Tuesday, September 3.
