Mobile Refreshment Sales
The County of Brant licenses all mobile refreshment sales under the business licensing bylaw.
This includes:
- Selling refreshments to the public from a vehicle, cart or structure that has not been assessed as commercial
- Includes but not limited to catering trucks, chip wagons, hot dog carts and ice-cream vendors
- Does not include self-serve vending machines
How to apply:
- View the Business Licensing Bylaw (PDF) including Schedule 1 - Mobile Refreshment Sales (PDF).
- Complete a Refreshment Sales License Application (PDF) with the required documentation and submit online.
