Peddler Licences

The County of Brant licenses all Peddler Licenses under the Business Licensing Bylaw.

• Includes anyone selling goods or services or taking orders for future delivery of goods and services through a specific location sale or by door-to-door sales
• Does not include leaving catalogues or advertising material at premises where no direct personal contact with any occupant happens

Peddler License for Craft or Tradeshow

Craft or trade show organizers should apply for one license to cover all vendors who are a part of the craft or trade show.

How to apply:

• View the Business Licensing Bylaw (PDF) including Schedule 2 – Peddlers (PDF).
• Complete a Peddler License Application (PDF) with the required documents
• Complete a Peddler License for Craft or Trade Show application (PDF) with the required documents

Applications can be submitted to the Burford Administration office at 26 Park Ave in Burford or e-mailed to Bylaw Enforcement.
